The river which I am in front of is “The Nile.’’ The Nile is the longest river in the world. The Nile passes through eleven countries. These countries are: Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Sudan, Republic of the Sudan, and Egypt. I have been to the part of the river in Jinja, Uganda. You can take a boat tour on the Nile in Uganda and see the symbol of “the source of the Nile.” There is a belief that a drop from heaven falls into the Nile every day. Indeed, when you look at the Nile River, you feel a sense of peace, and it is comforting to watch the flow of the water.
I have been to the Nile twice. The first time was in 2016, and the second was in 2021. I have traveled there with my family. I can say that I was fascinated by the unique scenery I saw in both visits. The colors and sounds of the animals I saw in the river were another part that fascinated me. I think seeing the Nile River is an experience that everyone should have at least once in their life.
